Description
The fourth-generation mold temperature controller meets customer needs
The fourth-generation mold temperature controller system is more intelligent. In the traditional production process, mold replacement usually requires a long waiting time, and the mold must be completely cooled before it can be disassembled and replaced. The fourth-generation mold temperature controller has the functions of forced cooling and timed power on and off. By continuously opening the cooling solenoid valve to cool down, the temperature of the mold can be reduced in about 10 minutes. Preheating one hour in advance can increase efficiency by 10%, thereby greatly shortening the time required for mold change. In order to make the temperature control accuracy more precise, Topstar's fourth-generation mold temperature controller can maintain a temperature control accuracy of ±0.1℃. Through the latest PID temperature control algorithm, the temperature control efficiency is increased by 10% to ensure temperature uniformity. In addition, solid-state relays are used for temperature control in the hardware part, and the response time can be brought to 0.1s. Through the dual protection of software and hardware, the temperature is ensured to fluctuate within ±0.1℃ to ensure product yield.
In terms of structural materials, the newly upgraded copper heater makes the impurities in the water less likely to adhere to the copper surface and not easy to scale. Copper has excellent ductility and thermal conductivity, with a lifespan of 40% and an efficiency of 10%. The mold temperature controller can be used normally even when the water quality is poor. At the same time, it is equipped with a 50-mesh high-precision filter and an optional precision filter with a 30μm filtration grade. The filter aperture is about 0.03mm, which can effectively filter impurities and prevent mold clogging. In addition, it also has a liquid-level detection function. We use a Teflon float, which can be used for pure water, oil-containing and iron filings, and other things with poor water quality.
In the fourth-generation mold temperature controller, the heat medium recovery technology is used to completely replace the residual medium in the mold with high-pressure gas, thereby preventing the mold from being damaged and improving the product yield. The pure water series mold temperature controller has its water tank, uses pure water as the circulating medium, and a closed circulation system to prevent metal ions from corroding the mold and scale from clogging the mold. Reduce the requirements for water quality to avoid mold rust.
