The Three Axis AC Servo Driven Robots are highly suitable for horizontal injection molding machines within the 75T to 1300T clamping force range. These injection molding robots efficiently extract finished products and sprues from the molding process. Their application is particularly crucial in scenarios where heightened standards for appearance and precision are paramount.

- 1. Two models are available: single-stage and telescopic. The standard vertical travel of the single-stage robotic arm is 900 mm, expandable to 1100 mm. The telescopic robotic arm has a vertical travel of 900/1100 mm.
- 2. The HDW series injection robots employ three-axis motion (lateral/longitudinal/main arm), with a standard lateral travel of 1600 mm. They are driven by high-performance AC servo motors, achieving extremely high speeds during object retrieval. Their motion is based on high-rigidity guide rails, ensuring stability.
- 3. These robots utilize an open servo positioning control system, achieving exceptional precision during object retrieval.
